Today's hottest musicians were gathered for one night only at Openhouse in April, as Brantley Gutierrez's extraordinary array of portraits (http://www.rootedphoto.com/flash_home.htm) --images of today's hottest musicians performing live, and all of whom he has shot for Spin magazine--were exhibited to an SRO crowd of young hipsters, at an event sponsored by Brands United, the uber-cool sneaker company, with a tie-in by Archetype showroom. Newcastle beer kept these revelers on their toes, as Gutierrez's stunningly candid photographs of music's reigning artists surrounded the night for an extended encore.
